I received my parcel very, very quickly, in fact it arrived the day after you posted it (Friday, 24 December) but, unfortunately, I wasn't home when postman came so I had to wait until after Christmas to collect it from sorting office. Thank you.
I'm very pleased with my purchase and, most of all, your first-class service. I will most certainly come back for more swarovski crystal as soon as my finances are in better shape!!
