We post your things out every day via Royal Mail, and have a flat-rate charge of £3.00 for postage and packing. However, if your order comes to more that £30.00, we ship it for free. This applies to the UK and the rest of the world.

If we receive your order early enough in the day, it will go out straight away. For orders placed later, it will go the following day. If, for any reason, this is not possible, we will email to let you know.

We are happy to ship to anywhere in the world on these same terms for the vast majority of orders. However, if your order is unusually expensive to send (some of the bigger crystal balls, for instance, or the t-light holders, say, are remarkably heavy), we will get a quote for postage and contact you by email to agree terms.

You will already have processed your initial purchase through PayPal. Any additional costs will then be invoiced separately once those costs have been discussed and agreed. This applies to international orders only.
