It comes cellophane wrapped and is 175mm (7 inches) by 125mm (5 inches). There's a picture on the image carousel that shows you what the size of the card looks like in real life.
The card has a plain white envelope.
Be aware that the cusp boundaries (which is to say, the exact point when the sun moves from one sign to the next) are not consistent - they don't stay the same from year to year.
If you are in doubt over your own, or anyone else's, sun sign, check with a reliable astrological website. The best one I know of is astrodienst.com. You will need to know exactly where and when a person was born, but their free charts are excellent.
