Small Lotus Silver Box

A lovely little box made from black cast resin with a top made from a sheet of silver metal, decorated with a relief design of a lotus flower and pretty Indian-style arabesques.
The internal measurements of the box are 50mm (5cm or 2 inches) square.
The external measurements are 60mm (6cm or 2 and 1/4 inches) square.
The lotus is an ancient symbol of the purity of the body and mind as while rooted in the mud, its flowers blossom on long stalks as if floating above the muddy waters of attachment and desire.
